How to copy root directory and subfolders to destination folder?

Probably a very nooby question, but I am just starting to learn PS and have been assigned a simple task of just copying Desktop, Documents, and Downloads over to our network share.

I have done most of it and I’m proud of what I have so far, only one thing I want to fix atm. When it copies to my destination folder, I want the root to be copied as a subfolder basically at the destination.

Robocopy $Documents $Staging /xj /e /xf desktop.ini

Robocopy $Staging $Backup /xj /e /xf desktop.ini

Remove-Item $Staging* -Recurse -force

It copies the files just fine at my destination, but I want it to be more like

Is this possible?
