How to find installation date/time of application/program with powershell?

As the title says, I’m trying to find the install/date of a program or application, preferably in UTC, but not necessary. I tried using the wmic command

wmic product get name,InstallDate

but this just gives me YYYY-MM-DD. I need the specific time of the installation, so HH:MM:SS as well. I’m sure there has to be a way to get the UTC install time with powershell as well.

I’ve also tried this with powershell:

Get-ItemProperty hklm:softwarewow6432nodemicrosoftwindowscurrentversionuninstall* | select-object DisplayName, InstallDate

This also just gives the date in YYYYMMDD. Any ideas? Also, this is being run on a remote system through a telnet session, no GUI available, so I can’t export anything into a csv or text file to scroll through, ideally I’d like all output to the command line. Thanks in advance for any help someone can give, much appreciated.
