Set default width of powershell Window

I have set the default width of my posh window to 300. I would expect that when a scheduled task runs it would take this default and print out all columns to notepad but the columns on the right are still truncated. When I open the posh window and execute the script I get al the columns as expected. How can I set things up so the scheduled task that runs with no window doesn’t clip the output?
