Uninstall software with list of GUIDS in txt file?

I found a simple batch script to uninstall using msiexec, but I’d like to transform it into a Powershell script to make it look through a list of GUIDS to check and remove any possible version that might exist. How can I go about providing a txt file of GUIDS for the script to look for on the host machine?

 MsiExec.exe /X {GUID} /qn
