Why isn’t powershell allowing me to add calendar permission for a specific user?

I have a user who I can grant access to see other calendars, I just can’t add access for others to see his calendar. every time I try i get the following error message.

An item with the specified id ‘LgAAAACaPyc0e4n5QqNt1DGzFd4rAQAqAGNBv8d7TJ7L8G4EM1+5AAAAAAENAAAB’ wasn’t found in the store. + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Add-MailboxFolderPermission], ObjectNotFoundException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : [Server=BN7PR17MB2356,RequestId=855d66bf-54b8-4aa6-9490-a78ad60c7679,TimeStamp=6/13/2018 6:09:03 PM] [FailureCategory=Cmdlet-ObjectNotFoundException] 906B85A8,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.Ad dMailboxFolderPermission + PSComputerName : outlook.office365.com
