Matching certain text between 2 characters

Quick question.

Let’s say I have a line of text like so:

2018/04/17;ACCORDIAN INVESTMENTS|CVA - ACCORDIAN INVESTMENTS;Benchmark Price@ZAR-USD/CCS/JI-LI/0D/30Y/OIS;0.0ZAR;0.0ZAR

How is it possible for me to remove just the “|CVA – ACCORDIAN INVESTMENTS” part?

So I need to find where the “|” occurs and then remove all text from there to the next “;”, including the “|” but not the “;”

I suck at regex so need help with this.
