Best way to approach this situation

We use Zerto to replicate our VMs over to Azure in the Central US region.

We have an express route from our local datacenter to the Central Azure US region setup.

We are planning to move all our VMs over to the East region, which means we have to re-create new VPGs under Zerto and re-seed.

What I would like to understand is, how can I make a connection that Azure provides from the Central region ( to which we have the express route circuit to-from our DC), and connect to the East region?

So it should look like this:

DC <-> ( we have the express circuit setup) Central US <—> ( this is the part we need to setup, using Azure provided connection???) US East

We dont want to pay for another express route circuit from our DC to the Azure east region, since our DC is in the central US region.
