Try & Finally

I know that a Try/Catch will cost more to run, but would a Try /Finally minus the Exception catch have the same overhead? In my code when I have a global exception handler and a disposable object that I cannot use a using statement on I tend to put the *.Dispose() in the Finally block to mitigate resource hogging.
