[HELP]Making Picturebox background transparent

I have a few picturebox objects on a winform and coded a pixel-perfect hitdetection for a school project. now I'd like to properly see the results but the picturebox objects are not transparent despite their images being transparent, so one PB-object gets ocluded by another PB-object when they intersect.

is there a way to make the image of one PB appear on the "supposedly" transparent part of another PB object or do I need other objects alltogether for that?
