dotnet core and CI -> should I store dlls in repository

Hi, A simple question: what do you think about storing dlls (nugets) into version control system? What pros/cons would you mention? I did some research but wanted to start the discussion here. I personaly opt for keeping only text files in a repository and then, as a step of build process call ‘dotnet restore’ in CI process. Same case for setting up dev env. Alternative option is to keep dlls in one place (let’s say lib directory) and use it as a path for resources for all projects in a solution. How do you manage your repos and external dependencies? I encourage all for participating in discussion.

Cheers, yngwie
