The difference between computed property and backing field property?

In all of my classes for larger WPF projects, I have INotifyPropertyChanged and INotifyDataErrorInfo so having a Property with a backing field makes sense. What is the difference? But why/when would you implement a computed property? Resharper is always offering to convert my auto properties to a computed property and I have never actually used it like that before that I know of.
