I am an artist not a programmer…..

Hey all, as the title suggests I am an artist and not a programmer. I am trying to create a simple match three game in unity and I have no idea what I am really doing on the programming side. I tried to follow along with a tutorial but when I wrote the code as in the tutorial, it was full of mistakes. I was able to go back and clean most of it up but there are some things I can not for the life of me get around.

Here is the code: using UnityEngine; using System.Collections;

public class Grid: MonoBehaviour {

public Block blockPrefab; public int gridWidth; public int gridHeight; private Block[,] blockGrid; // Use this for initialization void Start () { blockGrid = new Block[gridWidth, gridHeight]; CreateGrid (); } void CreateGrid () { for (int y = 0; y <= blockGrid.GetUpperBound(1); y++) { for (int x = 0; x<= blockGrid.GetUpperBound(0); x++) { Block block = Instantiate(blockPrefab, new Vector3(x, y, 0), Quaternion.identity) as Block; block.transform.parent = transform; blockGrid[x, y] = block; } } } // Updatais called once per frame void Update () { } }

The error says: the type or namespace 'block' could not be found. Are you missing Mono.CSharp using directive?

whenever include the Mono.Csharp it brings up more errors than before! I tried to figure out as much of this as I could on my own but I'm truly stuck!
